As an IST practitioner, my approach revolves around two key principles: vision and clarity. True emotional freedom doesn’t come from fixing problems but from a return to the source of ourselves: our Presence.

Parts of us have become disconnected from our source.  In this state of disconnection, we can no longer see the light that radiates from our Presence. Vision and clarity help us to come back to the place where we can see and be ourselves fully.

My approach is to help my clients reconnect to their Presence by holding a space in which they directly experience themselves beyond their issues. Experiences of reconnection put us in touch with our light, our depth, and our will. Through the IST process, we step into the whole of who and what we are – nothing left behind.

The Inner Space Techniques have been developed by Dr. Samuel Sagan with a team of doctors, psychologists, homeopaths, naturopaths and other health practitioners, over a period of 20 years.
